Workspace BasicsHow do I get started?You can start immediately in guest mode without creating an account. Type a Business Question in the ASK tab, add constraints, and complete ASK. When you're ready to save your work or collaborate, sign in and your guest data will be migrated.What is guest mode?Guest mode lets you explore Learning Nodes without logging in. Your questions are stored in your browser's local storage. Full analysis workflows are optimized for desktop.How do I invite team members?In an authenticated workspace, use the "Invite" feature to send email invitations. Recipients click the link, sign up or log in, and are added to your workspace. No shareable codes — direct email invites only.What's the difference between owner and collaborator?The owner is accountable for the Business Question and the final decision. The owner appears on the Decision Record as "Decided by." Collaborators can edit, comment, and add evidence but are not the accountable party.Can I export my data?Yes. The /decisions index page has "Download JSON" and "Download CSV" buttons. JSON exports full Decision Records with all metadata. CSV exports a flat summary suitable for spreadsheets.What happens when I delete a question?Draft and ASK Complete questions can be deleted (moved to trash). Once a Decision Record is committed, the BQ cannot be deleted — it becomes read-only and is preserved for audit. You can withdraw a committed decision, which marks it as retracted but keeps the record.
