ASK Phase FAQWhat makes a good Business Question?A good Business Question is answerable, scoped, actionable, and single-focused. Examples: "What is our 90-day retention rate?" Weak questions are too broad ("Tell me about customers") or compound ("Should we do X or Y").How many constraints should I add?There's no "correct" number — only what's necessary. Most questions have 3-7 constraints covering scope, timeframe, data rules, and compliance.Can I attach multiple sources?Yes. A question can have multiple CSVs, text pastes, and database connections attached. Sources can also be shared across multiple questions.What file formats are supported?CSV (with SQL query support), plain text files, and pasted text. Database connections are admin-configured. Phase 2 will add PDF and DOCX.When is ASK complete?ASK is complete when you have a clear question, defined constraints, and any relevant sources attached. Click "Complete ASK" to move the question to "ASK Complete" status.Can I edit a question after completing ASK?Yes, until you commit a decision. The BQ remains editable during ASK and DECIDE phases. Once decided, it becomes read-only.
