Getting startedIdentity Solutions
Identity SolutionsLegacy identitiesToday we rely on government identities, they hold a legal history and some hints of a financial history, but it seldomly represents anything substantial in terms of knowing who's behind a name.Someone's police check and credit history will never indicate to you if the person buying or selling data is a:
  • Marketing specialist wanting to make their newest campaign as a result of current market sentiment.
  • Research scientist wanting to acquire empirical data on a market they may be doing a thesis on.
  • Lobbyist trying out a new campaign, in other words AB testing their latest sequence.
  • Political party understanding how to better target potential voters.
  • Competitor poolsWant to be part of a closed circle of buyers and sellers? Maybe some of your competitors and yourself are comfortable sharing certain aspects of your market knowledge to strengthen each other's complimentary attributes.
Identity solutions will not only allow you to create these exclusive networks, but we'll give you tools to democratize the functionality and societal aspects of them as well!A seal of trustIdentity solutions wants to create a framework for trust. The same way today twitter or instagram may have a "tick" of some sort that says "yes, I'm a paid/real/trustworthy" member, we want to allow users to have a similar experience on LN.Furthermore, we want that experience to be subject to a quality framework, and that's why we're creating a competitive playground, a marketplace of identity solutions. There's the AI, loomingOne thing is for certain, AI can create - and by create we mean "completely make up", images, videos, documents, and ...datasets.So, how can you know what's real out there? How can you know that the purchaser or seller behind the account you're transacting with is who they say they are? These, and a bunch of ethical concerns, are riding on the incoming tsunami that the last few weeks have shown us are possible with an AI enhanced humanity.Quality through competitionWe're convinced the sharpest tool for quality is free market competition. We offer through identity solutions an organic relationship between users and their seal of trust.
Each solution will offer different validations, payment systems, frequencies, exchanges, etc.
    Some examples you say? Sure!
A used car marketLet's say a used car shop has strong ties with Toyota, while another used car shop has equal ties with Nissan
The Toyota-centric shop owner has customers that are interested in Nissan, and the Nissan-centric shop owner has customers that are interested in Toyota.
So one of them decides to create an identity solution for shop owners to share sales and interest metrics.
The way to be part of this exclusive network is to share a dataset privately with the network, giving full effect to the badge.
Over time, many shop owners will join this network, and the network will become a trusted source of used car sales and interest metrics.
Because they will have a system of voting based on their contributions, they'll be able to vote on expanding who they'll allow to be able to browse the data pool they've created by defining rules and sorting out different benefits.
A sports ambassadorLet's say Nike wants to create an ambassador's program, where they validate that an athlete is who they say they are. Nike exchanges Nike tokens (equivalent to 1usd) for health metrics from the athletes wearables. Nike tokens are usable in any Nike store, so if ambassadors already have everything they want from Nike, they can sell these tokens for 1usd - or cheaper. Now, on other side, a Nike ambassador has the seal of trust of Nike, and they have a identity validation that can be referenced by future purchasers or sellers as a measure of trust. The trusty cabalThese examples are the tip of the iceberg for loyalty programs that can appear in the data collaboration space. The loyalty program is able to transact trust and monetary rewards without the need of a third-party. Your centralized private signature holds all of the aliases and their respective identities acquired. If you do something untrustworthy, you may loose your seal. And if someone suffers a loss due to a sealed user doing something mischievous, there may be a resolution insurance that's paid for belonging to said seal of trust. In short, identity solutions offers a new way to validate your identity that benefits both users and validators. With this system, users can enjoy greater loyalty benefits while validators can find novel data points users may feel safe sharing to help create more accurate risk metrics.ComplianceIdentity solutions will be ethically and legally bound to clearly state the scope of data usage in exchange for loyalty benefits. However, it is the user's responsibility to fully understand the rights given to the Identity Solution over their data.Let's begin with KYCIdentity solutions will begin linked to legacy identifiers for legal purposes, but we hope it will evolve to show us a new way of achieving trust.
