Collaboration FAQHow do I invite team members?Use the Invite feature to send email invitations. Recipients click the link, sign up or log in, and are added to your workspace.What's the difference between owner and collaborator?The owner is accountable for the decision and appears on the Decision Record. Collaborators can edit, comment, and add evidence but are not the accountable party.Can I comment on decisions?Yes — threaded comments are available in both ASK and ACTIVATE canvases. Comments include author, timestamp, and can be deleted by the author.What is the Activity Trail?An audit log showing who did what and when: "Sarah created this question", "James added a hypothesis", "Sarah committed the decision".How do approvals work?Request approval from collaborators on any editable item. Each approval tracks: requested_by, requested_from, status (Pending/Approved/Changes Requested), timestamp, and comment.What happens when someone requests changes?A "Changes Requested" banner appears on the BQ. The owner must resolve the issues and resubmit for approval. The BQ enters "Changes Requested" status during this time.Can I assign tasks?Yes — create typed tasks (ASK/DECIDE/ACTIVATE) assigned to users or roles. Tasks appear in the BQ and optionally in a "My Tasks" view.
